Travel planning by Rachel Conners

Your journey begins at first light.

You bring the trip idea. I turn it into a reality even better than what you imagined, as scheduled or as flexible as you want it to be. Consider it handled.

Why work with a travel advisor?

Because planning a great trip is basically a part-time job.

The research, the booking tabs, the "is this hotel actually good?" rabbit holes, the flight comparisons, the restaurant reservations you forget to make until it's too late. It's a lot. And most people do all of it themselves, then wonder why trip planning feels exhausting.

That's where I come in. I'm Rachel, and I've spent three years living and traveling full-time, planning every road trip, national park route, cruise, and international trip myself. I know what makes a trip actually work, and I handle all the pieces so you don't have to.

You tell me what you're dreaming of. I take it from there.

More about me

What I specialize in

Three things I know really, really well.

Virgin Voyages ship from the beach

Cruises

I'll match you to the right ship, the right cabin, and the right itinerary. And as a certified Virgin Voyages specialist, I especially love introducing adults-only sailing to people who swore cruises weren't for them.

Canadian Rockies lakes and mountains

Nature & national parks

Road trips, RV routes, wilderness escapes. I've done this kind of travel a lot, which means I know the timing, the campgrounds, and the viewpoints most people miss completely.

Group travel

Milestone birthdays, reunion trips, friends getaways. I handle the logistics puzzle so your group can focus on actually being together, not on coordinating seventeen different opinions.

Northern lights over the treeline

"Every place has its own first light. I make sure you're there to see it."
